NR
---The natural rubber has high elasticity, high mechanical strength, bending resistance, tear resistance, impact resistance, good corrosion resistance to alkali and dilute acid, poor oil resistance and easy aging under the action of oxygen and ozone.
NBR NBR
It has excellent oil resistance. In the existing rubber, its oil resistance is second only to polysulfide rubber, polyacrylate rubber and fluororubber. It also has the mechanical strength and wear resistance required as a sealing material, and is widely used in various dynamic and static seals. The combination of NBR and PVC can further improve its ozone resistance, wear resistance and flame retardancy. The ozone resistance and low temperature bending property of EPDM can also be improved when it is used with EPDM. The oil resistance and low temperature resistance of NBR are closely related to the content of - NBR.
Chloroprene rubber Cr
Chloroprene rubber is a kind of self reinforcing elastomer with polarity second only to nitrile rubber. Its physical and mechanical properties are similar to that of natural rubber, and its aging resistance and chemical corrosion resistance are better than those of natural rubber. Oil resistance is inferior to natural rubber and better than other general rubber. It is resistant to corrosion of inorganic acid and alkali, and is flame retardant rubber.
EPDM)
The copolymer of ethylene and propylene has excellent ozone resistance, aging resistance and weather resistance, outstanding corona resistance of electrical insulation, and excellent corrosion resistance especially in high-pressure steam. Therefore, it can be used as the gasket of high-pressure steam device. Ethylene propylene rubber has good stability to various polar chemicals, ---, ketone ester, acid base and --- working oil. And sex is cheap.
Silicone rubber (SI)
Silicone rubber has a wide temperature range from - 100 ℃ to + 350 ℃, excellent resistance to oxygen, ozone, light and climate aging, good electrical insulation, high air permeability, outstanding physiological inertia and mildew resistance. Special silicone rubber also has oil resistance, radiation resistance and combustion resistance. The disadvantages of silicone rubber are low strength, poor acid and alkali resistance, and high price.
Fluororubber FPM
Fluororubber has excellent oil resistance and high temperature resistance, comparable to silicone rubber. Its main feature is high corrosion resistance. Its stability to organic liquids such as various oils, fuels, solvents, hydraulic fluids, high concentration hydrogen peroxide and other strong oxidants is better than other rubbers. There are two types of domestic fluororubber, i.e. type 23 and type 26. However, the resistance to aromatic solvents, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, grease lubricating oil and boiling water of type 23 fluororubber is worse than that of type 26.
